Change to Terms for Gold Members Date: 27/01/06

It has been pointed out by our legal team that to offer "unlimited pitches" will leave Bootbay open to abuse on a grand scale. From a members perspective it may also lead to large amounts of single item pitches and therefore a less enjoyable experience.

As such we have decided to restrict Gold members to 50 pitches, which we feel is a realistic top end requirement for the average trader. This is taking into account they can list 25 items per pitch and that they can alter anything at their own convenience. Any existing gold member may, if they wish, opt out of their gold membership and we would be pleased to refund their payment.

Bootbay Gold is not available to Car or Property sales as we feel a silver membership would be sufficient for any private trader in these categories. If you wish to advertise under these categories with a large number of pitches please contact BootBay for fees.
